Using the Business Model Canvas, teams look deeply at their business model and determine the best way to structure their venture for success.
Innovative companies are always looking ahead. They find creative solutions to issues before they even arise. The final part of our program is creating a detailed operations plan to turn your vision into reality. Teams are coached to create a compelling presentation in preparation for raising capital and prepare a plan of attack for the year following the accelerator session.
