Our twelve-week program focuses on developing the three most important components of a successful company: the people, the product and the plan.
Good people make the decisions that create successful companies. We focus on two goals: creating a team that works and learns together and building a company that listens closely to the needs of its customer base.
A strong company serves its base by delivering a quality product that serves the needs of its customers. Participating companies conduct market research and get out of the building to meet potential customers.
Innovative companies are always looking ahead. They find creative solutions to issues before they even arise. The final part of our program is creating a detailed operations plan to turn your vision into reality.
